Introducing Klesa: New 3D printing material, PPS-CF – An ideal option for demanding applications

At Klesa, we are proud to present our new 3D printing material: PPS-CF, which embodies the new era of industrial 3D printing. This 15% carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is designed to meet the most technically demanding applications, such as injection molds and other high performance applications.

PPS-CF combines the excellent properties of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with carbon fiber, producing a material that is resistant to high temperatures, chemicals and wear. This makes PPS-CF a suitable material to replace many more expensive superpolymers such as PAEKs (PEEK, PEKK), thus providing a cost-effective solution.
