LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK Filament
LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK is a high-temperature PA6-based 3D printing material in an eye-catching black color. This PA6 stands out for its remarkable mechanical strength, surpassing conventional filaments. Its excellent thermal properties, exceptional chemical resistance to oils and lubricants, and high abrasion resistance make it stand out from unmodified PA6 or PA66 materials. In addition, it has excellent electrical insulation properties that make it even more suitable for various industrial 3D printing applications.
Whether you are using the material for long-term use at high temperatures up to 120°C (20,000h) or short-term discharges at 160°C (max. 200h), this material maintains mechanical integrity. Enjoy seamless printing thanks to minimal linear shrinkage (0.3%) and reduced water absorption (<0.3%, 23°C / 24h). LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK opens a new level of precision and reliability for professional users, ensuring flawless prints with high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation properties.
Easy to print with all known filament printers Optimized surface appearance Low distortion and increased layer adhesion High mechanical strength and toughness
