Recycled PEEK Filament
Recycled PEEK Filament
R-PEEK Filament
R-PEEK is a high performance recycled engineering plastic that is excellent for high strength, high temperature 3D printing applications. Manufactured from VICTREX™ PEEK 450G™ re-granulated waste from the semi-finished process, R-PEEK is produced using high purity recycling methods and processes, ensuring high quality and offering significant savings compared to virgin materials. The PEEK molecule is very stable, which means it can be remelted and reprocessed many times without losing its properties, making it an environmentally friendly and economically viable option.
R-PEEK is widely used in a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive, electrical/electronics, engineering, marine and chemical. Its durability and performance in demanding environments have made it a popular alternative to replace metal and other polymers.
Recycled PEEK offers significant cost savings No compromises with virgin PEEK High temperature resistance up to 315 °C Exceptional mechanical strength Low outgassing properties

Printer recommendations
Description | Value |
---|---|
Printer nozzle temperature | 400-450°C |
The temperature of the heated substrate | 120-160°C |
Chamber temperature | + 90°C |
Fixing the base | Magigoo HT for carbon fiber sheet, glass or PEI sheet |
Pre-drying recommendations | 120°C, 4 to 6 hours or 80°C, 12 hours |
For best printing results, we recommend keeping the 3D printer in a room with no draft or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not in use, it is important to store the filament in a bag and in a cool, dry, dark place until it is used again.
