Luvocom® 3F PEKK 50082 Filament (Polyetherketone Ketone) Filament

Polyetherketone Ketone (PEKK) is a partially crystalline thermoplastic of the Polyaryletherketone family. It has high heat resistance, chemical resistance, ability to withstand high mechanical loads, inherent flame resistance and unique tribological properties.

PEKK Filament offers an adjustable crystallization rate, allowing FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and the easier processing of amorphous materials; PEKK Filament is easier to print than standard PEEK Filament due to better layer adhesion, while offering similar strength and durability properties; better dimensional stability. PEKK has a higher Tg than PEEK, 15°C.

LUVOCOM® 3F PEKK 50082 is designed to exceed the performance of standard PEKK materials on the market. It comes with improved flow behavior that improves printability and layer adhesion. This unique modified pure PEKK offers medal stability and is printable in unheated chambers, producing semi-crystalline parts without distortion.

Print settings

Printing temperature: 360°C (340-380°C) Substrate temperature: 110-140°C Fixing: Magigoo HT on carbon fiber board or PEI board Printing speed: 20-50 mm/s Drying instructions: 4 hours, 120°C

For best printing results, we recommend keeping the 3D printer in a room with no draft or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not in use, it is important to store the filament in a bag and in a cool, dry, dark place until it is used again.
