Luvocom® 3F PPS CF 9938 BK Filament
Luvocom® 3F PPS CF 9938 BK Filament is linear polyphenylene sulfide with 15% carbon fiber added, known for its heat and chemical resistance. At temperatures below 200 °C, the material does not dissolve in any solvent. This high-performance polymer grade is specifically tailored for the 3D printing industry to meet the strength requirements of injection molding and focuses on mass production of end products. The filament can be used in conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to improved printability, improved layer adhesion and the absence of a heated chamber. This 3D4Makers PPS CF filament has the following features:
Excellent chemical and thermal resistance Strong, rigid and light Dimensional stability Inherently flame retardant UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behavior of bus materials) UL94 Vertical fire test EN 45545 (fire behavior of train materials) ISO 4589-2 OI (oxygen index) R22 + R23 - HL1 , HL2, HL3 ISO 5659-2 Ds (smoke density) R22 + R23 - HL1, HL2, HL3 AFNOR NF CIT (gas toxicity) R22 - HL1, R23 - HL1, HL2, HL3

Printer recommendations
Description | Value |
---|---|
Printer nozzle temperature | 310 to 340°C |
The temperature of the heated substrate | 80 to 100°C |
Print speed | 20 - 50 mm/s |
Fixing the base | Magigoo HT for glass or PEI board |
Pre-drying recommendations | 120°C, 4 to 6 hours |
Additional | We recommend using a suitable nozzle (>0.5mm) for filaments containing carbon fiber |
For best printing results, we recommend keeping the 3D printer in a room with no draft or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not in use, it is important to store the filament in a bag and in a cool, dry, dark place until it is used again.
