MAGIGOO HT

MAGIGOO HT is designed for professional use at high printing temperatures. The part should be relatively easy to remove when it cools down, and the glue residue should also be easy to clean.

High temperature materials such as PEEK are advanced engineering plastics that offer improved mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures compared to standard thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem and PPSU and their carbon/glass fiber reinforced counterparts. Due to their high temperature properties and other exceptional properties, these materials are highly sought after in high temperature and high performance engineering applications such as the automotive and aerospace industries. In addition, these materials are also sought in chemical, petrochemical, medical and research applications.

High temperature filaments prove to be challenging materials for FDM printing due to their greater tendency to warp. These materials are usually printed at elevated temperatures due to their high temperature characteristics. MAGIGOO HT is a special solution for FDM printing of PEEK filaments, developed to work at elevated printing temperatures.

MAGIGOO HT is designed and tested to work at a temperature of the construction platform of 150°C or below.

Shake the bottle. Apply to the desired area by pressing the tip against the base (active internal valve) and apply as needed. Print according to filament/printer manufacturers recommendations Allow to cool and remove. The print should come off easily Cleaning - Use a damp cloth for cleaning. SAFETY: Using this product with non-PEEK filaments may cause excessive adhesion and damage to your build platform. Follow the instructions in the technical data sheet for best results.

Tips: For larger prints, a 20 mm border is recommended. Magigoo HT is designed for glass surfaces, but also works on high-temperature carbon fiber boards, garolite and other construction substrates.
