Magigoo Pro PA / Nylon: Professional glue for 3D printing

Harness the full potential of your FDM 3D printer with Magigoo Pro PA / Nylon glue, designed for professional use for polyamide filaments. Magigoo Pro PA is specially developed for Nylon materials—such as PA12, PA66 and PA6, which may contain additives or be reinforced with glass or carbon fibers—to guarantee strong adhesion and facilitate cleaning after printing.

Nylon's desirable properties, such as high strength, toughness, flexibility, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance, make it ideal for a variety of industrial applications. However, nylon filaments are notoriously challenging due to their naturally weak adhesion and high tendency to warp to the print substrate. Magigoo Pro PA effectively solves these challenges, improving print reliability for a variety of PA types, including specialty filaments such as Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT, PAHT CF 9891 BK and PAHT KK 50056 BK FR.

Instructions for use of Magigoo Pro PA / Nylon:

1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Apply the adhesive by pressing the tip against the print bed to activate the valve and apply as needed.
3. Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's instructions.
4. Allow the print to cool and then easily remove it from the base.
5. Clean the residue with a damp cloth.

Safety and tips:

• Caution: Using Magigoo Pro PA with non-PA type filaments may cause excessive adhesion, which may damage the build platform.
• For larger prints, a 20 mm border is recommended to ensure optimal attachment and easy removal.
• If you experience excessive adhesion , moistening the print bed with a small amount of water may make it easier to remove the part.
