PEKK-A Filament

PEKK-A Filament (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is a material optimized for high-performance 3D printing that offers excellent processability. This material belongs to the high performance Poly Aryl Ether Ketone (PAEK) family, like PEEK. We used the PEKK 6000 series to produce the filament, which is an amorphous grade with a slow crystallization rate and high flow. This results in improved Z-layer strength and facilitates the FFF / FDM printing process. Typically, PEKK is used in demanding industries such as aviation, the energy sector and the transport sector. Print settings

Printing temperature: 350 - 400°C Substrate temperature: 120 - 160°C Chamber temperature: 70 - 150°C Printing speed: 20-40 mm/s Drying temperature: 120°C, 4 - 8 hours Fixation: Magigoo HT on carbon fiber board, PEI board or on glass

For best printing results, we recommend keeping the 3D printer in a room with no draft or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not in use, it is important to store the filament in a bag and in a cool, dry, dark place until it is used again.
